Good news

Sorry about the confusing description before, because it is hard for me to find a proper word to describe the shape of the ingredient. I put all the imagines on so that you could understand better. And also; one important sauce which I call chicken stock is a mistake now, which was an alternation of chicken granular before. Since I found stuff in the supermarket yesterday-called chicken granular in steel can. Advertise says:’ KNORR Stock Granules are the new versatile way to enhance the flavour of your dishes. They can be dissolved to make a tasty stock or sprinkled directly on your dishes as a seasoning whilst cooking.’ It has another one called vegetable stock granules; they should be all good for cooking.
I was dead happy, this is what we really need to add fresh flavour to our dishes, it is so essential in Chinese cooking—for soup, stew, braise, etc, we always brought it over with us when we came; we did not find it here. It is on sale now, do not miss it.
