I like King Prawn!!

I am an absolutely king prawn fan. I would like let you know two ways of cooking it; hopefully you will start to like it. Obviously, Seafood is really good for your health.
The first one is called” steamed king prawn with garlic”, you will need a pack of king prawns (without head, but you can leave the shells on, only get rid it before you eat them), garlic and vegetable oil.
First of all, use garlic press some garlic, in order to cover the king prawn fully with garlic (are you thinking of chewing gum??).
We should marinate the king prawn with a little bit salt. Put them in the plat one next to the other, and then cover them with all the garlic. Put them in wok or steamer (if you have one) steam for 15 minutes, you would have to control the time by yourself; you can tell if it is cooked or not by seeing it becomes pink. Not finish yet, then you have to cook some oil in a pan, then pour them over the king prawn. I normally will put some vinegar in, you could try, if you fancy. I would show how I made them from the photos below, hope it makes sense to you.

KING PRAWN WITH GARLIC

If you like food with stronger flavour, you could make the king prawn this way. I would like to call it” king prawn in red sauce”.
We need Soya sauce, ketchup and a little red wine as the sauce. We also need to cut some spring onion, ginger and garlic. Prepare 1/2tsp sugar for later.
Fry the king prawn(How many king prawns you need?It is up to you,how many you can eat?), both sides for 5mins.Then put garlic and ginger, be very careful wit the heat, do not burn the ingredients. When you see the king prawns are cooked put 1tsp red wine, 2tsp Soya sauce, 2 tbsp ketchup, 1/2tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar. Stir-fry for another 3minutes, then put them in a plate; put some spring onion on the top as what I normally say.
