Simple chinese cooking

In the 'waitrose' supermarket in Durham the Gate shopping centre.I found a really good stuff--Wok Oil .A blend of sesame oil, sunflower oil, ginger and garlic. Designed for stir-fries, it adds a wonderful oriental flavour to dishes.
It's priced £1.29 and a bottle is 250ml.You can have one of it in your kitchen,it will be very useful for the following recipes.
