Fancy a bowl of soup

I think people do not know in China, one proper meal shouldn’t be without soup. We use ‘three dishes and one soup’ to describe a simple but well prepared meal. But soup in Chinese meal is not the same as the soup here. Our soup tends to be very light. The spinach and eggs soup I am introducing here is a nice accomplishment for a meal. You can have it before, in the middle or after your main dishes. It is entirely up to you.
The ingredient and procedures are dead easy.
See the attached pictures. You can buy a big pack of spinach from Tesco.
1. Boil the water(400-600ml) in a pan
2. Put spinach in—the amount is decided by the amount of people who are having the soup and how much they are interested in vegetable. Normally two handfuls are enough for three people.
3. Whisk one or tow eggs, pour it into the pan and keep stirring the egg in the pan at the same time so that it would not become a poached egg.
4. Add chicken stock granular, salt and a few drops of vegetable oil.
5. Cook in medium fire for 3mins, garnish with some spring onion.
