Spinach salad with ginger flavour


It is really simple to make, it is also very good for your health.
We only need cook some spinach in the water for less than 3mins, let it cool down.
For the dressing, diced ginger (1/4 ginger), 2tlsp vinegar, 1tlsp Soya sauce, ½ tsp salt,1tsp chicken stock granular,2tsp sesame seeds oil, well mix them together in a small bowl and pour it all over the spinach
